Is Having a “Dream Body” Realistic or Not?

In my opinion, there is no such thing as a perfect body. Yes it is good to be healthy but that doesn’t mean that you need to have a “perfect body”. You may think that there is a certain standard that you have to live up to that people should look at but I don’t think so and that’s okay. Different people have different opinions.

You can work towards your goal of looking how you want but there will always be something that you don’t like and that’s okay. Social media has put a label on the perfect body but guess what, those people with the “perfect bodies” are insecure too. Nobody is perfect. In your eyes someone might look perfect but in their eyes they think that they aren’t.

It’s always good to have someone to talk to about your feelings but it can be extremely hard to. It’s not a good thing to keep your feelings bottled up inside of you. It is good to strive to meet and create goals of how you want to look but just know that it can be dangerous depending on how you try to meet those goals.

Just because you think you should change to fit in doesn’t mean you have to. You are perfect the way you are. Don’t think that you have to change the way that you look unless you really think that is the only thing that will make you happy. The only thing that matters is how you treat people and how kind you are because people won’t want to be friends with you if you’re mean. Even if you’re “perfect” on the outside. That’s not what matters. Don’t believe what you see on social media because people photoshop almost everything these days. Those people edit those things to make them seem perfect, but they’re not. Nobody is and that is how it’s supposed to be. People are meant to be different.

You should never judge someone based on how they look because they might love how they look or they could hate how they look. When you criticize someone it can really hurt. You shouldn’t believe those people because you are perfect the way you are. If you are ever getting judged just know that you are not alone. You don’t need to change the way you look just to fit in, embrace your difference! Make the most out of being different. If you enjoy being different people will also start to like being different.

Some pros to having a dream body are you will want to work towards your goal to make you happy. You’re going to have to work but once you reach your goal you can feel really good about yourself and it can make you happy. Some cons for wanting to have a dream body are you may still feel insecure but some people can hurt themselves when they strive to achieve their dream body image. They could get addicted to weight loss pills if that is how they try to lose weight. If you don’t eat then you can get very sick, if you try to change something too quickly that your body’s not used to then that can be damaging. So one of the best ways to achieve your dream body is eating healthier and getting exercise. Eating healthier does not mean that you have to cut out every single unhealthy thing, it just means that you try to eat more healthy foods but you can still eat some things that aren’t as healthy.

Different people have different insecurities. That means that you can’t ever judge someone even if it is judging about what they like, how they look, how they act, or anything really. You never know how people feel about themselves. If someone gets judged on how they look it can hurt, like a lot. So please never judge someone because you never know how they see themselves and how much they criticize themselves. If you didn’t learn anything from this article I want you to know these two things: you are perfect the way you are as long as you’re kind and be kind to everybody. You never know what people are going through and how they feel about themselves. So in conclusion, the perfect body is the one that you’re in and as long as you’re happy with how you look that’s all that matters!
